All 2023 Canada Winter Games ticketed venues are first-come, first-seated general seating. Opening and Closing Ceremonies and medal rounds for Boxing, Curling, Ringette, Ice Hockey, and Wheelchair Basketball will have reserved assigned seating.

Yes! All indoor competition venues provide accessible seating options for spectators. Accessible options are also available at outdoor venues; however, weather conditions may limit the options we are able to provide.
The 2023 Canada Games does not offer general refunds or exchanges. However, refund and exchanges may be granted under limited circumstances as per the Ticketmaster Purchase Policy.
If a ticket holder leaves a venue, they can return but are not guaranteed a seat within the venue.
The Canada Games Council has removed its mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy for the 2023 Canada Winter Games in Prince Edward Island. This decision was made in consultation with our stakeholders and the 2023 Host Society, and in accordance with guidance from the Chief Public Health Office of Prince Edward Island.
While COVID-19 vaccination is no longer required by the CGC for accredited individuals at the 2023 Canada Winter Games, it is strongly recommended. The Chief Public Health Office of Prince Edward Island has recommended that all participants and attendees should be up-to-date with their COVID-19 vaccination series, including a booster dose within the past 6 months. This recommendation also applies to routine vaccinations and seasonal influenza.
The CGC will continue to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic alongside the 2023 Host Society and our key stakeholders. The 2023 Host Society is working with the Chief Public Health Office of PEI on infectious disease prevention and control strategies.

Yes, all competition venues have accessible parking, these spaces can be accessed on a first-come, first-served basis for vehicles with a valid accessible parking placard.

Service dogs/animals are permitted in all competition venues, but must be identified.
Two adults and two youth (under 16) are included in a Wowkwis Family Pack. Each additional child is an additional $100 for a two week pass, and $75 for a one week pass.

Weekly passes give access to all sport competitions and venues during the specific week, with the exception of Opening and Closing Ceremonies and medal rounds for Boxing, Curling, Ice Hockey, Ringette and Wheelchair Basketball.
Passes for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies, and select medal rounds must be purchased separately. Day passes and single venue tickets will also become available closer to Games-time.

Children under the age of five are free to enter ticketed venues with an adult; only one child per adult ticket/pass. Depending on venue capacity, the child may be required to sit on the adult’s lap. This will apply only to all general admission sport competition venues. Reserved seating competition venues and both Ceremonies will require tickets for all seating regardless of age unless the child sits on the lap of an adult .
