The St. John’s 2025 Canada Games Host Society values the trust of all individuals. We recognize that maintaining this trust requires that the Host Society be accountable for collecting, protecting, and using the personal information of athletes, volunteers, and other participants in the 2025 Canada Games and its associated programs, services, and activities. 

We will adhere to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (Canada) and promote responsible and transparent personal information management practices. Our representatives, including directors, officers, employees, committee members, volunteers, coaches, contractors, and other decision-makers within the Host Society, will fulfill all requirements of the Act and our associated policies.
